| Effect of individualized nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the postoperative recovery and time effect index of patients undergoing laparoscopic assisted total gastrectomy |

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid re habilitation surgery (FTS) on the recovery and time-effect index of patients after laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy in Chaoyang Second Hospital,Liaoning Province from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,observation group based on the concept of FTS to implement personalized nursing intervention,postoperative recovery and time-effect indicators were compared in the two group..Results The first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,the first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed,eating time,extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of the observation group was 5.00%,and that of the control group was 20.00%,the total incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention of the concept of FTS has positive influence on the recovery and time-effect index of patients after laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy.
