Application effect of inhalation feedback combined with personalized tracheal occlusion in post-stroke patients with tracheotomy |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of individualized blocking of respiratory feedback in patients with tracheotomy after stroke.Methods A total of 40 patients with tracheotomy after stroke in Liuzhou People′s Hospital,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2019 were selected.According to the different treatment,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group used traditional inhalation and mechanical assistance for expectoration+conventional extubation technique,the observation group used personalized blocking technique of respiratory feedback+individualized pipe plugging technology.After extubation,dyspnea,oxygen saturation (SpO2),tracheal cannulation time and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups..Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group of 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pulmonary function of the two groups before treatment was compared,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The forced expiratory volume(FEV1) in the first second and the percentage of FEV1 in forced vital capacity (FVC) (FEV1/FVC) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment in the maximal inspiratory volume and maximal inspiratory volume (P>0.05),the maximal inspiratory volume and maximal inspiratory volume in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The non-incidence rate of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that in the control group (65.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Incidence of dyspnea and the incidence of SPO2 were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Breathing feedback used in post-stroke patients with tracheotomy+individualized pipe plugging technology has a remarkable effect on lung rehabilitation,it can effectively relieve the function of the lungs,shorten the intubation time of tracheotomy patients,to reduce the effect of extubation on inhalation of patients,worthy of clinical application.
