中医小儿健脾推拿法辅助治疗婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen-strengthening massage in traditional Chinese medicine for children in the treatment of infant cow′s milk protein allergy (CMPA).Methods A total of 80 children with CMPA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diet avoidance and alternative therapy,and the observation group was treated with spleen-strengthening massage based on diet avoidance and alternative therapy.After 3 months treatment,the clinical efficacy,weight and height growth of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.0%) was higher than that of the control group (80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The weight growth of the observation group([1.07±0.27] kg) was higher than that of the control group ([2.65±0.67] kg),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The height growth of the observation group ([3.06±0.91] cm) was higher than that of the control group([2.65±0.67] cm),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of diet avoidance and alternative therapy,spleen-strengthening massage in traditional Chinese medicine for children with CMPA can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the growth and development of children.
