温经益禀法治疗寒湿体质卵巢储备功能下降患者的效果及对血清促卵泡生成激素、黄体生成激素、雌二醇的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Wenjing Yibing method in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve function (DOR) patients with cold and dampness constitution and its effect on serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2).Methods Sixty DOR patients with cold and dampness constitution admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.After admission,patients in the control group were given Estradiol Valerate Tablets/Estradiol Cycloprogesterone Tablets for treatment.On the basis of the control group,patients in the treatment group were added with Wenjing Yibing method for treatment.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The differences in ovarian reserve function (endometrial thickness,mean ovarian diameter [MOD]) and sex hormone (FSH,LH,E2) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions during medication was compared between the two groups..Results The total response rate after treatment in the treatment group (83.33%) was higher than that in the control group (60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and MOD levels of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH and LH levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat DOR patients with cold and dampness constitution by using the Wenjing Yibing method,which can improve the ovarian reserve function of patients and regulate the level of sex hormone.
