杏香兔耳风片联合甲羟孕酮及抗菌药物对子宫内膜炎患者炎症因子水平的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs on inflammatory factors in patients with endometritis.Methods A total of 89 patients with endometritis who admitted to Macheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (44 cases) and the observation group (45 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs,and the observation group was treated with Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores (including lower abdominal pain,abnormal banding,persistent hypothermia,lumbosacral pain) and inflammatory factors levels (including tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α],interleukin-4[IL-4],C-reactive protein [CRP]) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared..Results After treatment,the abdominal pain,lower belt abnormalities,persistent low fever,lumbosacral pain syndrome scores,and serum TNFα,IL-4,CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain,lower belt abnormalities,persistent low fever,lumbosacral pain syndrome scores,and serum TNF-α,IL-4,CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs have significant effect on the treatment of endometritis,which can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
