显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of varicocele ligation under microscope to treat varicocele.Methods A total of 56 patients with varicocele treated in the Second People′s Hospital of Yichun from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into observation group (24 cases)and control group (32 cases) by the different treatment method.The control group was treated with spermatic vein ligation under the microscope,and the observation group was treated with high ligation of the spermatic vein under the laparoscope.The operation time,intraoperative testicular artery retention rate,postoperative sheath effusion,semen quality improvement rate,recurrence rate of postoperative varicocele,sperm concentration,and total sperm vitality were compared between the two groups..Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The retention rate of testicular artery and the improvement rate of semen quality in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative sheath fluid accumulation and recurrence rate of varicocele in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Six months after operation,the sperm concentration and the total sperm vitality in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopically ligation of spermatic vein has an ideal therapeutic effect on patients with varicocele and can be widely used in clinic.
