腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎手术时机的选择

Abstract Objective To explore the timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treating acute cholecystitis.Methods According to the random number table method,the 60 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2018 were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Patients in group A were operated within 72 h of onset,and patients in group B were operated after 72 h of onset.The operation indicators after the operation,treatment costs and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The operation time,anal exhaust time,postoperative pain time,and hospital stay in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were less than those in group B,the incidence of complications was lower than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis within 72 h of onset has a good clinical effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce trauma,and reduce postoperative infections.
