玫芦消痤膏联合臭氧水湿敷治疗小儿湿疹的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with ozone water wet compression in the treatment of children with eczema. Methods A total of 76 children with eczema admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ozone water wet compress, and the treatment group was treated with Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with ozone water wet compress. The improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was compared in the treatment group, the total effective rate and the levels of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the elimination rates of multiple clinical symptoms in the treatment group were higher than 80.00%. The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(92.11%) was higher than that of the control group (78.95%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the level of IL-4 was higher than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The level of serum IL-2 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in IFN-γ and IL-4 levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with ozone water wet compress is effective in the treatment of children with eczema, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
