高压氧联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森病痴呆患者的效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Memantine Hydrochloride in the treatment of dementia patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods A total of 68 patients with PD and dementia diagnosed in Wuwei People′s Hospital,Gansu Province from January to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control and the observation group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Memantine alone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Memantine Hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared..Results After treatment,the scores of the simple mental state scale(MMSE) and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MOCA) in the observation group and the control group were improved,but the MMSE,MOCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 1 case of nausea and 2 cases of dizziness in the observation group,which were significantly improved after the intervention of symptomatic treatment measures.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group (P>0.05).Conclusion Memantine Hydrochloride is safe and feasible in the treatment of senile dementia with PD,which can effectively improve cognitive function and imprave daily self-care ability.
