绒毛膜羊膜炎与新生儿肺炎关系的研究进展

Abstract Chorioamnionitis is an inflammation caused by pathogen infecting the chorionic membrane and amniotic membrane of the mother placenta.It is also the most common diagnosis in the pathological report of placenta.It can cause serious adverse reactions to pregnant women and newborns,especially closely related to premature rupture of membranes and neonatal pneumonia.However,the incidence of neonatal pneumonia is insidious,easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis,seriously endangering the lives of children.In this paper,the clinical relationship between chorioamnionitis and neonatal pneumonia was discussed to provide clinical guidance for pregnant women and the newborn,provide important reference value for early prevention,and reduce morbidity and mortality of children.
