| Application effect of high quality nursing service in schizophrenia patients |

Abstract Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service in schizophrenic nursing and analyze its value.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients who came to Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau for treatment of schizophrenia were selected.According to the order of admission,patients were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group received high-quality nursing services,while the patients in the control group received routine nursing services.The quality of life scores,incidence of adverse events,social deficiency screening scale (SDSS) scores at different times of admission,and treatment dependence of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).8 weeks after admission,the SDSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total dependence rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing service in schizophrenia nursing can get good application effect,not only can improve the quality of life of patients,but also can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,the dependence of patients is also high,and the social function defects have been well made up,so it can be widely used in clinical.
