m macroglobulinemia (WM) is a lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) with the secretion of monoclonal immunoglobulin M (IgM),accounting for 90% to 95% of the total LPL,which is a rare inert B-cell lymphoma.The incidence of this disease is low and the clinical manifestations are highly heterogeneous,which can easily lead to underdiagnosis and misdiagnosis.More than 90% of WM patients have been confirmed to have MYD88L265P site mutation,but MYD88L265P-negative WM patients are rarely reported.P53 is the most common mutated gene associated with human tumors,and P53 gene abnormality is an important factor leading to B-cell lymphoma,it is more common in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and follicular lymphoma,but it is relatively rare in the occurrence and development of LPL/WM.This paper reports a case of P53-positive MYD88-negative WM,and reviews the literature to improve the understanding of the disease.
