南少林优化方案治疗肱骨外上髁炎的短期效果

Abstract Objective To explore the short-term effect of South Shaolin optimization scheme on external humeral epicondylitis.Methods A total of fifty-eight patients with external humeral epicondylitis treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Third People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated National Medical Hall Hospital from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group (n=29,31 elbows) and control group (n=29,30 elbows).The treatment group was treated with the optimized Sscheme of South Shaolin tendon therapy,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,self-massage and active functional exercise,while the control group was treated with health education,restricted activities and external application of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel on the lateral epicondyle of humerus.The pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score,Mayo elbow function evaluation index (MEPS) before and after treatment,and efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the MEPS scores were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);there was no statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).MEPS and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The short-term effect of South Shaolin optimized scheme in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is better,and the scheme has a unified and standardized standard,which is beneficial to the selection and use of grass-roots doctors and patients and the promotion of grass-roots hospitals.
