| Effect of Zishen Yutai Pills on the endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate of Clomiphene Citrate cycle |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate of Clomiphene Citratecycle.Methods A total of 90 patients with ovulatory infertility admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) according to the double-blind method.The control group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate and the observation group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate+Zishen Yutai Pills.After 20 days of treatment,endometrial type,endometrial thickness,cervical mucus score,endometrial volume,spiral uterine artery pulse index (PI),resistance index (RI),clinical pregnancy,abortion rate and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results The rates of endometrial A and B+C types before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant (P＞0.05);the endometrial A rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,B+C type rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of ovulation day before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05);atovulationday after treatment in the observation group the daily endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The endometrial volume,PI,RI index before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant (P＞0.05);the endometrial volume of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the PI and RI indexes were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);the clinical pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,and total rate of adverse drug reactions of the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills can promote Clomiphene Citrate uterine ovulation,improve endometrial receptivity,control low miscarriage rate,and have high drug safety,which has certain clinical application and promotion value.
