快速康复外科护理在高龄全髋关节置换围手术期的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application effectof fast track surgery (FTS) nursing in the perioperative period of elderly patients with total hip replacement.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent total hip replacement surgery in Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangdong Province from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and test group according to the random principle,30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing methods,while the test group was implemented with FTS nursing.The hospitalization time,hip function,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hip function score of the test group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the total postoperative complications were lower than that of the control group,total nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can promote the recovery of postoperative hip function,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and significantly increase the satisfaction of patients with clinical care.It is conducive to reducing the economic burden on patients and is easy to operate.It should be popularized and applied in clinic.
