知柏地黄丸联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pills combined with Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository in the treatment of vaginitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with vaginitis admitted to the Medical Examination Department of Ganzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository treatment,the observation group received Zhibai Dihuang Pills combined with Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository.The treatment efficiency,serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)，interleukin-10(IL-10)，vaginal pH changes before and after treatment and vaginal cleanliness after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TNF-α、IL-10 and vaginal pH between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and vaginal pH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the proportion of normal vaginal cleanliness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang Pills combined with Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository has a significant effect on the treatment of vaginitis,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and vaginal pH,and gradually restore the cleaning ability of vagina.
