深刺大肠俞、秩边穴结合耳穴揿针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of deep needling of Dachangshu (BL25) and Zhibian (BL54) acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 76 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangxi Province from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group (n=40) and treatment group (n=36) by random number table method.In the control group,conventional filiform needling was used,while in the treatment group,deep needling of Dachangshu and Zhibian acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears was adopted.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores at pre-treatment and 4,7,10 and 12 d after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results Before treatment,the VAS scores between the two groups,the difference had no statistical significance(P＞0.05).After 4,7,10 and 12 d treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Deep needling of Dachangshu and Zhibian acupoints combined with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding in ears has a remarkable effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
