经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床价值

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods The medical records data of 50 suspected ovarian chocolate cysts admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to November 2019 were collected and analyzed.A retrospective study was carried out on the diagnosis.According to the results of pathological examination,the difference of the effect (diagnostic coincidence,specificity and sensitivity) of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasound was compared and analyzed.The specific manifestations of various types of sonograms were further analyzed.Results Among the 50 suspected ovarian chocolate cyst patients,23 cases were diagnosed as ovarian chocolate cyst by operation and pathology,and 27 cases were confirmed as non ovarian chocolate cyst.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate between transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound (P＞0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The sensitivity of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic specificity between transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound (P＞0.05).The ultrasonographic features included uniform light spot type in 10 cases,simple cyst type in 6 cases,mixed type in 4 cases and solid type in 3 cases.Conclusion Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound has high diagnostic value for ovarian chocolate cyst,which is helpful for doctors to understand the condition and formulate a reasonable treatment plan.
