腰椎后路手术中运用间歇性压力泵预防下肢深静脉血栓的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent pressure pump to prevent lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT) during posterior lumbar spine surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery admitted Pingxiang People′s Hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the sample objects.They were divided into control group and research group according to their willingness to treat,50 cases in each group.The control group did not use intermittent surgery pressure pump,the research group was given intermittent pressure pump during operation to prevent deep vein thrombosis.The relevant indicators of the two groups of patients were compared to understand the effect of intermittent pressure pump on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of DVT between the two groups (P＞0.05);postoperative platelet count and D-dimer in the research group were lower than those in the control group,fibrinogen was higher than that in the control group,thromboplastin time,prothrombin time was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);the blood flow velocity of the lower limb venous blood vessels in the research group after the operation was higher than that of the control group in the same period,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of intermittent pressure pump in posterior lumbar spine surgery can significantly reduce the postoperative hypercoagulable state of patients and is worthy of promotion.
