超声引导下注射肿胀液在大隐静脉曲张微创治疗中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided injection of tumescent fluid in the minimally invasive treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods A total of 60 patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein who admitted to the inpatient department of the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District in Ganzhou City from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects by blue and red colors for number 1-30 in randomly drawing lots.Patients in the blue were classified into the traditional group,and patients in the red were classified into the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients of both groups were treated by laser closure of the saphenous vein.The traditional group received conventional spinal anesthesia,while the experimental group received ultrasound-guided injection of tumescent fluid.The anesthesia block,heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP) at different time and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The initial time of block in the experimental group was shorter than that in the traditional group,the block sensory score and block success rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in HR and MAP before anesthesia between the two groups(P＞0.05).The HR and MAP in the experimental group were lower than those in the traditional group at the beginning of the operation,30 minutes at the operation,and immediately after the end of the operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the two groups immediately after waking up (P＞0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at the 1st and 3rd days after surgery were lower than those immediately after waking up,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The VAS scores in the experimental group at the 1st and 3rd days after surgery were lower than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the minimally invasive treatment of great saphenous varicose veins,ultrasound-guided injection of tumescent fluid has a significant gain in anesthesia block,operation development and postoperative outcome.
