| Effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence observation on immune function |

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis diagnosed and treated in Zhangzhou Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group (n=40) and the experimental group (n=40) by the random number table method.In the control group,conventional treatment was used,and the experimental group was treated with high-frequency hyperthermia and magnetic therapy.The clinical efficacy,white blood cell count in prostatic fluid and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),or interleukin-1β (IL-1β) before treatment in the two groups (P＞0.05).After intervention,the levels of IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups(P＞0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The social function,body pain,mental health,and physical function in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia magnetic therapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis,which can effectively improve the immune function and ameliorate the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of further promotion and application.
