| Effect of kelp garlic porridge combined with Betaloc and Tongxinluo Capsules on electrocardiogram and cardiac function indexes in patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of kelp garlic porridge combined with Betaloc and Tongxinluo Capsules on electrocardiogram (ECG),cardiac function indexes and angina symptoms in patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 94 patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease who admitted to Taibaiyuan Branch of the Third People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betaloc combined with Tongxinluo Capsules,and the observation group was treated with kelp garlic porridge on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function indexes,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.74%) was higher than that of the control group (82.98%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the cardiac function indexes,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) of the observation group([42.39±5.72]mm) was lower than that of the control group ([49.82±5.94]mm),the cardiac output (CO) of the observation group ([5.06±0.78]L/min) was higher than that of the control group ([4.53±0.71]L/min),the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of the observation group ([55.39±5.61]%) was higher than that of the control group ([50.41±5.42]%),and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group ([2.14±0.27]times per week) was less than that in the control group ([2.61±0.36]times per week),the duration of angina pectoris ([3.18±0.35]min) was less than that in the control group ([4.31±0.96]min),and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Kelp garlic porridge combined with Betaloc and Tongxinluo Capsules can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with angina pectoris and coronary heart disease,improve the heart function of patients,reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,which is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of wide application.
