| Clinical effect of thrombolysis through deep veins of lower extremities in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of thrombolysis through deep veins of lower extremities in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with acute pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities who underwent thrombolytic therapy in People′s Hospital of Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province from January 2013 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into group A (10 cases),group B (15 cases) and group C (10 cases) according to different administration route.The group A was treated with thrombolysis through superficial veins of injured extremities,the group B was treated with thrombolysis through deep veins of injured extremities,and the group C was treated with thrombolysis through pulmonary artery catheter.The physical signs,symptoms subsided and incidence of bleeding among the three groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups in the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and oxygen partial pressure before surgery (P＞0.05).After surgery,the postoperative diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the three groups were lower than those before surgery,the systolic blood pressure and oxygen partial pressure were higher than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After surgery,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the group B were higher than those of the group A,the heart rate of the group B was lower than that of the group A,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After surgery,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the group B were lower than those of the group C,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of normal skin temperature and normal color of affected limbs of the group B was lower than that of the group A and C,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis disappearance,swelling subsidence and incidence of bleeding among the three groups after surgery (P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of thrombolysis through deep veins of lower extremities on acute pulmonary embolism with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities is better than that of thrombolysis through superficial veins of injured extremities.It can promote the deep venous thrombosis disappearance of the lower limb and swelling subsidence,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
