鱼腥草芩蓝合剂在儿童上呼吸道急性化脓性扁桃体炎治疗中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in the upper respiratory tract in children.Methods A total of 68 children with acute suppurative upper respiratory tonsillitis admitted to the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy,and the observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy combined with Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,improvement of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group (94.12%) was higher than that in the control group (76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The time of fever reduction,disappearance of hyperemia,relief of sore throat and disappearance of purulent secretions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Houttuynia Qinlan Mixture can significantly improve the condition of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis of upper respiratory tract,and the safety of the treatment is high,this treatment plan is worth promoting in clinical application.
