Therapeutic effect of nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel dressing combined with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor on patients with open ankle fracture |

Abstract Objective To study the therapeutic effect of nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel dressing (NSAHD) combined with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (RHBFGF) on patients with open ankle fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with open ankle fractures treated in Shenyang Jishuitan Hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vaseline and sterile gauze,while the observation group was treated with NSAHD combined with RHBFGF.The total effective rate of wound healing,the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),interleukin-6 (IL-6),C-reactive protein (CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of wound healing after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of MDA in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SOD in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of MDA in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the level of SOD in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of NSAHD and RHBFGF can achieve better effects in patients with open ankle fractures,and can improve oxidative stress and inflammation.
