益气养阴汤联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗肾病综合征患者的效果及对肾功能的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) on renal function in patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS).Methods A total of 60 patients with NS who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Prednison and MMF.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the renal function indexes before and after treatment and the total effective rate were recorded and compared in detail.The indexes of renal function included urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr).Results After treatment,the levels of urine protein,BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction and MMF can effectively improve the renal function,improve the clinical efficacy,and have a high value of application.It is recommended to vigorously promote.
