| Clinical value of transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods A total of 88 patients suspected with endometrial lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected.The patients were subjected to abdominal B-ultrasound,transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound and pathological examination.Taking the results of pathological diagnosis as golden standard,the concordance rates of the diagnosis of abdominal B-ultrasound and high-frequency color ultrasound with the diagnosis of pathological examination were analyzed and diagnostic value of the two methods was evaluated.Results The concordance rate of transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of the abdominal Bultrasound diagnosis (P<0.05) and had no significant difference from the pathological examination results (P＞0.05).The specificity of abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions was 73.7% (14/19),the accuracy of that was 69.3% (61/88),and the sensitivity was 68.1% (47/69).The specificity of transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial lesions was 78.9% (15/19),the accuracy of that was 86.4% (76/88),and the sensitivity was 88.4% (61/69).The specificity,accuracy rate and sensitivity of transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial lesions were higher than those of the abdominal B-ultrasound diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with abdominal B-ultrasound,transvaginal high-frequency ultrasound has much higher diagnostic specificity,accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of patients with endometrial lesions,which has high diagnostic value.Meanwhile,transvaginal high-frequency color ultrasound is non-invasive,easy to operate and economic,which can provide effective treatment basis for clinical treatment.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of patients with endometrial lesions,transvaginal high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis should be further promoted and applied.
