Application effect of biostimulus feedback instrument in puerpera with postpartum urinary incontinence and constipation |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of biostimulus feedback instrument in puerpera with postpartum urinary incontinence and constipation. Methods From June 2017 to September 2019, 100 cases of puerpera with postpartum urinary incontinence and constipation treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given rehabilitation treatment with the biostimulus feedback instrument on the basis of the control group. The effect of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the tension intensity of pelvic floor muscle tension before and after treatment of the two groups was recorded. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that in the control group of 52.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the pelvic floor muscle tension score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle tension score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the of pelvic floor muscle tension score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions occurring in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion The biostimulus feedback instrument can significantly improve the treatment effect of postpartum urinary incontinence and constipation patients, improve the tension intensity of pelvic floor muscle tension, and will not increase adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
