阴道用活性杆菌胶囊治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病对预防早产的临床观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vagina Active Bacilli Capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV) during pregnancy on preterm delivery. Methods A total of 100 patients with BV during pregnancy recruited in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with Vaginal Active Bacilli Capsules. All patients were treated for 10 days. The premature rupture of membranes occurred, curative effect and adverse pregnancy outcome in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of premature rupture of membranes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of BV during pregnancy with Vagina Active Bacilli Capsules has a positive effect on the prevention of preterm delivery, and can reduce the incidence of premature rupture of membranes, improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of abortion, preterm delivery, neonatal asphyxia, etc., and has a high application value.
