呼吸功能训练配合康复护理在结核性脓胸术后患者恢复中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of respiratory function training combined with rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of patients with tuberculous empyema after surgery. Methods A total of 40 patients with tuberculous empyema after surgery admitted to Jiangxi Chest Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with respiratory function training and rehabilitation nursing. Lung complications, pain score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the pain score of both groups was lower than that before nuring, and the pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Respiratory function training combined with rehabilitation nursing program is effective for patients with tuberculous empyema after operation.
