Design of "course certificate integration" program for maternal and infant nursing vocational skills certificate and higher vocational midwifery major |

Abstract Under the background of the pilot program of the "academic certificate+vocational skill level certificate" system launched in vocational colleges and application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, as the second batch of vocational skills certificates issued by the Ministry of Education, the maternal and infant nursing vocational skills certificate has opened up a new situation for improving the quality of maternal and infant nursing talents. As the first batch of pilot units, Heze Medical College should organically integrate the content of the maternal and infant nursing skills certificate into the teaching of professional courses, so that vocational ability training and the curriculum system are closely integrated. This paper expounds the "course certificate integration" scheme of maternal and infant nursing and vocational midwifery majors from four aspects: integration of overall planning, selection of key teaching entry points, implementation of teaching plans, and adjustment of talent training plans, and the key points of "course certificate integration" include: reconstructing the curriculum system, developing loose-leaf teaching materials, using flexible and diverse teaching methods, implementing multiple assessments, integrating humanistic care, and enriching the "double-qualified" teacher team. This article explores and practices the "course certificate integration" scheme of maternal and infant nursing skills certificate and higher vocational midwifery major, assists the construction of midwifery major, and cultivates compound and skilled talents for the society, at the same time, it provides a reference for the integration of other vocational skills certificates and professional courses.
