| Practice and exploration of promoting the construction of research hospital from the perspective of hospital management |

Abstract This paper analyzes the bottleneck problems encountered in the innovation and development of governmental hospitals, such as less overall coordination and innovation of the whole hospital, small proportion of outstanding talents, lack of concept of achievement transformation, professional development obstacles of full-time research doctors, and weak information construction. Taking the development and construction of Beijing Youan Hospital, Capital Medical University as an example, comprehensively analyzes how to strengthen the research and innovation function and promote the construction process of research and innovation hospital from management aspects. Such as organizational leadership, fund investment, performance management, scientific research management, platform construction, research ward construction, personnel management and information construction. The innovation ability of hospitals is an important factor that determines the future development prospect of the hospital, which needs to be guided and promoted from a strategic perspective. We should not only look at the bottleneck problems in the transformation and development of hospitals with scientific methods and development perspective, but also have the courage to reform, optimize management, highlight discipline construction, promote the overall coordinated development and innovation of hospitals, and continuously promote the construction of research hospitals.
