Application and effect of detail management in the population of healthy physical examination |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in the population of healthy physical examination. Methods A total of 88 persons underwent physical examination in Department of Health Medicine of General Hospital of the Northern Theater of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The reference group received routine physical examination management, and the experimental group received detail management on the basis of the reference group. The waiting time and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of blood drawing, routine urine test, electrocardiogram and internal and external examination in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of detail management in physical examination can shorten the waiting time for various examinations, shorten the distance between doctors and patients, and improve the satisfaction rate. It is worth popularizing and applying.
