血栓弹力图在深静脉血栓形成诊疗中的研究进展

Abstract Deep venous thrombosis is a common and potentially fatal disease. At present, there are some limitations in the diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis. Common coagulation tests cannot effectively screen some high-risk patients and may not provide accurate treatment guidance decisions. Thrombus elastic graph (TEG) technology can simulate the whole process of thrombosis in vitro, can objectively and accurately show the reaction time, blood clot formation time, blood clot formation rate, maximum amplitude, coagulation index and other related information, comprehensively and accurately reflect human coagulation function, and provide guidance for clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis. This paper reviews the research progress of thromboelastography in the field of clinical diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis.
