循证护理对乳腺癌患者术后肢体功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for breast cancer patients after surgery. Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Fujian Cancer Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group by their mode of nursing, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing, compare the nursing outcomes of the two groups, such as lymphedema status, quality of life, upper extremity function. Results There were no statistical significances in elbow function score (Mayo) and total length of arm circumference summation (SOAC) between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The total length of SOAC was lower than that of the control group, the Mayo score was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after nursing in the observation group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). There were no statistical significances in the scores of 36-item short form health survey (SF-36) before nursing between the two groups (P>0.05). The SF-36 scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast cancer patients receiving evidence-based nursing postoperatively can significantly improve their upper extremity function, reduce lymphedema status and improve their quality of life.
