集束化护理模式对异位妊娠伴失血性休克术后患者康复进程和满意度的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing mode on postoperative patients with ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 82 ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock admitted to the Yichun Second People′s Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (41 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation process, total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the postoperative catheter removal time ([5.69±1.27] h), anal exhaust time ([15.64±2.55] h), first time out of bed ([8.75±2.30] h), hospital stay ([5.26±0.54] d) were shorter than those in the control group ([25.53±2.64] h, [27.32±3.14] h, [26.12±3.23] h, [7.42±1.13] d], the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%, lower than 24.39% in the control group, and the total nursing satisfaction was 95.12%, higher than 80.49% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The cluster nursing model can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients with ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
