Correlation analysis of effects of different processed products of Astragalus membranaceus on gastrointestinal function of spleen deficiency mice and polysaccharides content |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate correlation of effects of different processed products of Astrsgalus membranaceus on gastrointestinal function of spleen deficiency mice and polysaccharides content.Methods60 healthy mice were selected and randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the Astragalus quality test group,the honey Astragalus test group,the rice Astragalus test group and the Astragalus membranaceus experimental group.There were 10 mice in each group.Determination of content of Astragalus Polysaccharides of different processed products of colorimetric method using phenol sulfuric acid,and the gastric emptying rate of carbon powder in small intestine of mice with spleen deficiency of Huangqi markers of different processed products of rhubarb lapactic advance rate and compare correlation between.ResultsDifferent processed products of spleen deficiency mice gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive rate:the influence of honey Astragalus Astragalus,astragalus,rice bran,astragalus.Compared with the model group,the different processed products of Astragalus had some inhibition on the rate of gastric emptying and the rate of small bowel propulsion.Compared with the Astragalus membranaceus,the Astragalus membranaceus prepared by the adjuvant inhibited the gastric emptying rate and the intestinal propulsive rate.The effects of different Astragalus processed products on gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive rate of spleen deficiency mice were different.Honey astragalus root>rice astragalus root>Astragalus membranaceus>Astragalus membranaceus.There was no significant difference in the gastric emptying rate and the small intestinal propulsive rate between the processed Astragalus and the control group,indicating that the gastrointestinal function was close to the normal level after treatment.ConclusionThe gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsive rare of spleen deficiency mice controlled by different processed products of Astragalus membranaceus have positive correlation with polysaccharides content.
