八段锦对精神分裂症康复促进作用的探究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin on the rehabilitation of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 124 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation, Jiangxi Provincial Psychiatric Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medication and nursing intervention, while the observation group was trained with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group. The scores of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scale were compared between the two groups. Results After 4, 6 and 8 weeks of intervention, the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 4, 6 and 8 weeks of intervention, the BPRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention, the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Baduanjin intervention in schizophrenia patients can improve clinical symptoms, promote physical and mental rehabilitation, improve sleep quality, which is worthy of clinical attention.
