经远端桡动脉与常规桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗老年冠心病患者的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) through distal radial artery and conventional radial artery in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in Yangzhong People′s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (39 cases) and the study group (39 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional radial artery PCI, and the study group was treated with distal radial artery PCI. The treatment effect, cardiac function parameters, left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) before and after treatment, postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of LVESV and LVEF between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The levels of LVESV in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of LVEF in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the level of LVESV in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, the level of LVEF in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional radial artery PCI, PCI through distal radial artery can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with coronary heart disease aged ＞60 years, promote the recovery of cardiac function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
