Production technology and internal quality control evaluation method of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of internal quality control evaluation methods on improving the production process, the rationality, stability and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine ointment of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment. Methods A total of 34 samples were randomly selected from the finished products of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment prepared from March to October 2021 as the experimental group, and 34 samples were randomly selected from the finished products of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment prepared from March to October 2020 as the reference group in Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The experimental group was prepared by internal quality control evaluation method, and the reference group was prepared by traditional paste recipe. The fluidity, appearance,hardness and taste of the two groups were compared. Results The fluidity, appearance and shape, hardness, and taste scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The internal quality control evaluation method can effectively improve the production process of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment, and significantly improve the fluidity, appearance, hardness and taste of Shengxue Yangchao Ointment.
