D-二聚体和血小板与淋巴细胞计数比值与儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎发病的研究进展

Abstract Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a kind of immune hemorrhagic vasculitis with unknown etiology. It often affects the skin, gastrointestinal tract, limb joints and kidney, and the incidence of renal involvement is 20% to 60%. It is called Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and the most serious complication of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. It is the most important factor affecting the long-term prognosis and quality of life of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. It is often manifested as abnormal results of urine laboratory examination and kidney biopsy, and in severe cases,renal function is often impaired. Therefore, it is important to explore effective and simple laboratory examination indexes to predict the occurrence of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and to explore the effect of these indexes for the severity of kidney damage and prognosis of the disease. When the body has inflammation, D-dimer level will increase and its function will be enhanced, which is closely related to inflammation and hemorrhagic diseases. Platelet to lymphocyte count ratio is an important indicator of inflammatory response, but its relationship with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is not clear at present. This article reviews the clinical significance of D-dimer and platelet to lymphocyte count ratio in patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
