胫骨、股骨骨折经切开复位钛板内固定与交锁髓内钉内固定术的疗效对比

Abstract Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tibia and femur fractures through open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation. Methods A total of 60 cases of tibia and femur fracture from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to random draw. All 30 patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate, and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail.The healing time, knee motion, weight-bearing time, ankle motion, swelling, pain, symptom score of dysfunction and complications were observed and compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the healing time and weight-bearing time of the observation group were shorter, the knee joint motion and ankle joint motion were lower, the differences showed statistical significance (P＜0.05). There were no statistical significances in the scores of swelling, pain and dysfunction between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05)；after treatment, the scores of swelling,pain and dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences showed statistical significance (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, lower than that in the control group (30.00%), the difference showed statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of tibia and femur fractures with interlocking intramedullary nail can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the healing of fracture ends, and have fewer complications, which is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
