心理干预对急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者负面情绪及预后的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on negative emotions and prognosis of patients after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 134 cases acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients who received emergency PCI from May 2017 to June 2019 were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional coronary heart disease-related knowledge education and secondary prevention education, and the intervention group received combination of individual psychological intervention and group intervention for 2 months. The changes in the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. At the same time, patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the difference in the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and the hospitalized again rate due to suspected illness between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05); and the SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after 2 months of intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01). After 6 months of follow up, the total incidence of MACE in intervention group was 5.97%, which was lower than that in control group of 19.40%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); and the hospitalized again rate due to suspected illness in the intervention group was 10.45%, which was lower than that in the control group of 28.36%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). Conclusion Patients after emergency PCI are prone to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, standard psychological intervention can help relieve negative emotions, improve the clinical prognosis of patients, and reduce unnecessary medical waste.
