The results of univariate analysis suggested that there were significant differences in the comprehensive level hierarchical composition of quality of life between advanced schistosomiasis patients with different sleep quality, marital status, number of exercise activities in weeks, presence or absence of comorbidities, per capita household income, dietary status, and family discordance advanced schistosomiasis(P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis suggested that age (β=-1.605, OR=0.201, 95%CI=0.096-0.422), sleep quality (β=1.169, OR=3.220, 95%CI=1.459-7.104), number of exercise activities per week (≥30 min/session) (β=1.563, OR=4.772, 95%CI=2.275-10.010), per capita household income (β=0.994, OR=2.702, 95%CI=1.350-5.406), with or without comorbidities (β=-0.737, OR=0.478, 95%CI=0.235-0.973), appetite (β=0.947, OR=2.578, 95%CI=1.284-5.177) and family discordance (β=-1.019, OR=0.361,95%CI=0.177-0.737) were found to affect the quality of life of patients with advanced schistosomiasis (P<0.05).
