Objective To explore the application effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 50 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in Ganzhou People's Hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by computer-generated random distribution sequence, with 25 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment. The incidence of gastrointestinal intolerance, the time of reaching the standard of enteral nutrition and the length of stay in ICU were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of gastrointestinal intolerance in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of reaching the standard of enteral nutrition and the length of stay in ICU in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis, the therapeutic effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy is better, which can reduce the incidence of enteral nutritional intolerance, shorten the length of hospital stay, and restore the enteral nutritional function of patients. The scheme is worth recommending.
