微信平台院外延续护理对炎症性肠病患者健康教育的干预效果

Abstract Objective To explore the intervention effect of continuing care outside hospital on wechat platform on health education of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods A total of 76 IBD patients hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology, Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and intervention group by odd and even grouping method,with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional health education intervention, and the intervention group were given continuous care on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. Three months after intervention, anxiety and depression scores, quality of life, self-management skills scores, and readmission rates were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores and total scores of all dimensions of inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores and total scores of all dimensions of self-management ability in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The readmission rate in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion WeChat platform continuity nursing can improve the mental state and quality of life, and will enhance the level of patients′ self-management skills, and reduce the rate of readmission.
