人形图健康教育模式在剖宫产术后康复中的临床应用

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application effect of anthropogram health education model in rehabilitation after cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics of Huai′an Hospital Affiliated of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, these pregnant women were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the experimental group. The control group used routine nursing measures after operation, while the experimental group used the anthropogram health education model. The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative out of bed activity time, wound healing time, hospitalization time, initial breastfeeding time,maternal quality of life and nursing satisfaction during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time, incision healing time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The duration of postoperative initial breastfeeding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After surgery, the scores of pain and trunk symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of sleep quality and mental state were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Postoperative nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion The anthropogram health education model of human figure can effectively shorten the recovery time and the first breastfeeding time after childbirth and obstetrics surgery, improve the quality of life of puerparas and hospital satisfaction, which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
