Informationization management platform of hospital logistics applications in public emergencies |

Abstract Logistics informationization platform plays a key role in hospical logistics management, which could improve personnel management efficiency and equipment security management through associated datas of system modules, including personnel management, equipment lifecycle management, energy consumption analysis management, maintenance management, training management and file management. Meanwhile, the expansion of the platform could provide new management direction during the public emergencies. Through the practical application and information collation in public security emergencies, the ductility of the information platform has been improved, and corresponding adjustments have been made to the insufficiency of actual use. It is the extensibility, growth and accumulation of logistics information platform that make logistics get the opportunity of rapid growth in the future hospital management. At the same time, it also provides a solid data foundation for the specific information analysis of logistics operation. Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University made targeted adjustments to personnel management, training management,access control management, information reporting, hospital linen management, hospital medical waste management,material management, equipment maintenance prediction system, etc., based on the expansion of the information management platform and the needs of epidemic prevention and control. The hospital logistics information system makes seamless connection between the logistics staff and the medical front line in the epidemic situation.
