Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application of fast track surgery concept in the nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cirrhosis.Methods114 patients with cirrhosis received:laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 57 cases in each group. The control group patients were given routine nursing methods, while the observation group patients were given the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept. The operation time, hospitalization time, intestinal ventilation time, psychologic status, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe operation time, hospitalization time and intestinal ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were decreased, and compared with those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in the control group between those before and after nursing(P>0.05).And those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionRapid rehabilitation surgery concept of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cirrhosis can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of patients with nursing, which is worth popularization in clinical work.
