| Application of nursing model based on psychological and social factors in patients with duodenal ulcer |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of nursing model based on psychological and social factors in patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 80 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological social factors based nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Anxiety symptom score and quality of life score before and after nursing, the degree of total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety symptoms in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of anxiety symptoms in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group (97.50%) was higher than 77.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application effect of the nursing mode based on psychological and social factors in patients with duodenal ulcer is significant, which can reduce the anxiety symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of nursing, it is worthy of clinical application.
